How to Ignite

At IGNITE we believe that you need to want to make a change in your life. Without this desire for change you just won’t get the right results.

By committing to the IGNITE transformation process with Adele, you can completely change yourself, your life, your reaction to circumstances and your interaction with those around you.

Like the majority of clients you can work with Adele over the phone – a tried and tested process that yields the same results as in-person sessions. However, if you are within Adele’s local area and want to work face-to-face, then this can be arranged for an additional fee.

Adele recommends that in order to positively and effectively make a life transformation that you have 6 sessions with her or a member of the IGNITE team, however, more or less may be needed depending on your personal requirements, but you can stop the coaching process at any time or extend it for as long as you wish.

Each session is an investment in yourself and your transformation!
